process:
- Step 1: Fill out the form below. This will collect your contact information and the details of your SaaS subscriptions.
- Step 2: 3PDRefunds will send out a contract. This contract will outline the terms of the service, including the fee schedule and the refund process.
- Step 3: Follow the instructions in the contract and pay the first invoice. Once payment is received, 3PDRefunds will begin working on your refund request.
