How does 3PDrefunds work?

When a customer receives a notification from their 3pd partner about a refund and want to dispute it, just send it over to 3pdrefunds, we will review all refund transactions and submit claims on your behalf.

Who does the refund go to?

The refund goes directly back to the customer account.

How long does the process take?

Normally within 24 hours.

Am I tied into a contract?

No tie in

How far back can I claim?

In most cases, disputes need to be sent to the delivery provider within 7 days of receiving the notification.
